This quick, one-hour course focuses entirely on test-taking strategies for the PSAT. The focus is on familiarizing first or second time test-takers with the various question types and how to approach challenging questions with effective guessing methods. For juniors looking for a more comprehensive review of relevant content, please consider the October SAT/PSAT Crash Course the week before.
Class will take place on campus at BL on October 5th from 4 to 5:15 PM.
All sales are final but if your students plan change, you may retain a credit to be used on a future class. Communication must be received before 3 PM on 10/5.
This one day crash course covers all the skills you need to succeed on the SAT or PSAT. A review of major math concepts, grammar and rhetoric skills, reading comprehension strategies, and data interpretation skills will help you be ready for test day, whether you've spent hours prepping or have done nothing at all. Time management suggestions are also included.
Class will take place on campus at BL on Tuesday September 29 from 4 to 6:30 pm.
All materials for the course are provided by the instructor.
Please be sure to register your student for the SAT at collegeboard.org. Registration for the test is not included in the cost of the class and must be done separately.
